Community Library
Approval Steps
Every set in the Community Library is checked by a moderator first. Here's what you do, what the moderator does, and what happens after their decision.
From your draft to the Community Library
- You
Build and publish privately
Write your concepts, run Validate, then Publish. Only the published version can be submitted, so publish your latest edits first.
- You
Set up your public profile
A display name, a handle and a short bio. Learners see these next to your set; your email address is never shown.
- You
Add library details and submit
A short description, subject, category, difficulty, language and tags. Confirm you have the right to share it, then Submit for review.
- Moderator
A moderator reviews it
They read every concept, the details and your profile, usually within 2 business days. Until then nobody else can find or open the set.
The moderator decides
Approved
The set is listed. Anyone can find it, and signed-in learners can study it — Free accounts get the free preview, as with library sets.
We email you. Your Share page shows how many learners saved and started it.
Rejected
The set stays private. The moderator's reason is on your set's Share page (it isn't in the email).
Fix what they mention, publish, and choose Submit again.
Once it's listed
You change it
Edit as usual, then Submit changes for review. Learners keep the approved version until a moderator approves the changes. You can replace or cancel changes that are waiting.
You withdraw it
Withdraw at any time from the Share page (unpublishing does it too). It leaves the library at once; learners' progress is kept if you list it again.
Someone reports it
A moderator checks the report. If they restrict the set, it leaves the library and we email you; they can restore it later. Repeated upheld reports pause sharing and creating for the account.
Good to know
- Up to 5 submissions a day, and 3 waiting for review at once.
- While the set is waiting or listed, Publish is replaced by Submit changes for review.
- Health, legal, financial and safety subjects get a closer check of accuracy and sources.
