The Creator plan
Creator includes everything in Learner, plus creating your own sets and a monthly allocation of AI credits. Plans renew monthly until you cancel; payments are processed by Stripe.
New Creator subscriptions aren't open yet. The plans page says when they are.
Managing or cancelling
On the plans page, choose Manage billing (or Billing). It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can change plan, update your card or cancel.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then isn't renewed. Partial months aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
Credits and your billing period
AI credits belong to the plan. They renew on the 1st of each month while the plan is active, unused credits don't carry over, and they end when the plan ends. They have no cash value, so nothing is refunded for unused credits.
